I want to report an error or a problem

I can’t upload any media to my portfolio, I drag and drop it in and proceeds to load and never uploads. I have checked multiple times that the images and other media are within the guidelines. I have tried on my laptop and my flatmates laptop and I got the same result each time. The site over all is incredibly slow. This is very concerning because my deadline is on Wednesday. Could you please tell me what I should do or is there something you could do from your end. Thank you.
