About me

Passionate, creative jewellery designer with divergent thinking. Have experiences of designing and making jewellery pieces, good at sources researching. Try and experiment with wide range of materials, like to explore the fitness between human body line and their worn objects. Jewellery for me is more than just an accessory to wear on my body, I regard it as a “story box” with a lot of "meaning" in it. I prefer to call jewellery or jewellery I create, small “playable" and "wearable" installations. "Interactivity" gives people more angles to observe a piece of jewellery, and people can diversify their thinking based on the designer's ideas and gain more possibilities. I want to always be interested in exploring the possibility of materials and breaking the boundary between jewellery and art. I position my own works as "wearable art". Compared to commercial jewellery, I want to design something that is conceptual. They may not be worn out in daily life, but as an "installation" or “toy”.
