Born in the heart of Bohemia, Andrea Vytlacilova is a 2020 Central Saint Martins fashion design graduate (BA Fashion Print), illustrator, and yoga teacher living and working between London and Prague, having lived and worked in Stockholm, New York and Paris. She is now primarily focusing on co-creating a project called "My Bohemian Tale" with Lucie Desmond - a multidisciplinary project encompassing a documentary, podcast series, touring exhibition, workshops and more. Active in both fashion and art, Andrea's work transcends from paper to fabric, from 2D to 3D. She has worked for Acne Studios in Stockholm, Marc Jacobs in New York or Kenzo in Paris. Through her studies at Central Saint Martins, she has collaborated on projects with Kenzo, Cristobal Balenciaga Museum in Getaria, Swarovski Elements, 20th Century Fox, Loewe or Versus Versace. Andrea won the 1st prize (aka "Golden Claire") in the 2018 "Design a Fabulous Dress for Grayson Perry" competition for her romper-suit-meets-kimono design and a large tapestry named 'My Bohemian Faith'. Andrea releases limited collections of illustrated silk scarves - AW18 inspired by her work experience in Stockholm, SS19 in New York and AW19 from her time in Paris. Her most recent work is inspired by her childhood home in rural Bohemia.
