My work discusses radical ecology and the decentring and queering of the human subject. This manifests in multimedia works which combining organic and found materials in a process of symbiosis and mutation. Hair, wax, bones and wool act as vectors or transmitters which reach out towards the non-human. My practice explores the inner workings and chaotic formations of ritualistic thinking and bodily experience which defy rigid structures and classifications. Creating bodies and entities which flow out between ribs – oozing though porous skins. Mapping terrains of potential histories and speculative futures. Belly to the sky.
