Helena Baker, b. 1997, is a British artist and writer from North-East London. Her work incorporates a variety of media and processes from nature, textiles and found objects, across to writing, publications and poetry. She has previously exhibited and donated work, 'The Wishing Tree', 2017, to her local Eating Disorder Service, inspiring patients, families and staff. She has recently exhibited a series of diary drawings for 'Humanising Medicine', an event at Bart’s Pathology Museum, London in 2019; and has been part of two major installations by artist Susan Aldworth: '1001 Nights' for 'The Dark Self', an exhibition at York St Mary’s Church in 2017 and 'Out of the Blue' for 'Illuminating the Self', an exhibition in collaboration with the artist and 100 sufferers of epilepsy at Hatton Gallery, Newcastle in 2020. https://helenalouisebaker.com/about/
