Live Distortion

A short film documenting a durational performance utilising illustration, projection and the body. This piece focuses on exploring images taken from my own dreams and nightmares in an attempt to translate them into reality using performance and fine art mediums. I wanted to create a liminal space in which the audience can witness their surroundings shift and change in real time, much like a dream. The layering of mediums almost creates an illusion, where does each line begin and end? The art is in the process of distortion and manipulation, not in the final outcome.
