Caslon was Britains first typeface and greatly used during Colonial times. This got me thinking about how tea is used both a symbol of Britishness as well as our colonial expansion with the East India Company. The result is this weird photo shoot with Caslon “tea” pouring out of the pot surrounded by sandwiches and scones.
