The label for 'Brālis' Porter beer is not only a packaging solution for a new product but also an attempt to reinvent the outdated visual identity of the brewery's products. The challenge was to create a design that would encapsulate the saturated dark taste of 5 various roast level malts used in the brewing process while also creating a fresh new look. The unique taste is reminiscent of a bonfire in a cold winter night, hence the illustration of hops in a shape of a flame and the contrasting black, white and gold colors were chosen. All 'Brālis' recipes are based on old traditions, so to respect the heritage, the oval shape (based on beer barrels) and the basic layout structure was kept.
