In this brief, we had to design a promotional poster for a given typeface. Verdana is a typeface designed by Matthew Carter in 1996 for Microsoft. t was meant to adress the challenges of on-screen display; which meant being readable at small sizes on low-resolution computer screens of the period. While the glitch visuals recall the digital environment, the arrangement and sizes of the letters emphasize rigor, geometry and movement of on screen data.
