The Lost Sock Collective is a project about a speculative community, built on the practice of upcycling single, unwanted socks. It calls for those who are not as familiar or exposed to discussions about sustainability, to participate and learn through practice. The following illustrations demonstrate how the community upholds sustainable practices like up-cycling, craft and community, while allowing for a space to learn about sustainable concepts such as interdependence and self-actualization.
