This work tries to explore the relationship between religious blessings and electronic screens. The inspiration comes from the fact that more people started to pray due to the occurrence of Covid-19. Yet, because of the cancellation of religious activities that usually attract large gatherings, people turned to online rituals. The visual elements of the work are extracted from religious prayer objects (candles and incense) and square screen pixels (presented as paper). The text on the paper is the blessing text collected from the Internet, and the combination of these elements express my imagination for the future of the new normal. If the pandemic remains unresolved, people may continue to pray in a pixelated and fragmented life with virtual screens. This work represents our collective, religious future.
