Due to the impact of the epidemic, people's health and psychological problems should be taken seriously. Through observing life, keeping a user's diary and interviewing, we found that people have a lot of negative emotions about the epidemic situation. Therefore, I want to solve their pain points through user experience design, hoping to relieve their psychological pressure in this way. The main purpose of this app is to relieve people's anxiety during the epidemic and enrich their isolated home life. The app is mainly divided into three major parts. People can use it to do some simple exercises, learn a new cooking method or read a short essay. In this way, they can stop focusing on negative news. The time when they use the application will also be displayed visually, and users will have a sense of accomplishment when they see it. In addition, users can also consult online with psychologists and get help through the app.
