I was selected by LCF to be part of a team that worked on the rebranding of The Fashion Clinic start-up community as part of an industry collaboration project. My tasks included the development of a new brand Identity aligned with a broader marketing strategy and the management of the Instagram account. Within a three-month period, positive results across main performance indicators were achieved: 131 new organic followers in Instagram (54% increase over previous period). Average likes per post rose 10%, and the average number of comments went from 0 to 2, resulting in a 16% engagement rate. Tasks: •Development of a new brand identity for TFC • Creation, implementation, and monitoring marketing strategy to increase brand awareness • Expand community membership and participation to TFC events • Content creation and copywriting for social media posts Results (achieved within three months): 131 new organic followers to the Instagram account (an increase of 54% over the last period). Posts performance also grew regarding engagement with the audience. Average number of likes per post grew 10%, and the average number of comments went from 0 to 2, resulting in a 16% engagement rate.
