Curatorial Project ‘I speak only one language and it is not my own’

Two artists Joseph Kosuth and Seamus Farrell have been invited to Chelsea Spaceto present their site-specific artworks to the public. The artists who have cooperated on the 12th Havana Biennale with the title ‘Between the Idea and Experience’ in 2015 at the historic Biblioteca National Jose Marti of Cuba, share a commonness among their artworks showing that how art emerging both architectural and cultural discourse of the exhibition space as a unity of questioning. The students of the Chelsea MA Curating and Collections Course are invited to form a Curatorial Collective that will be responsible for the conception and production of a special project for the Chelsea Space Reading Room. One of the aims will be to directly and indirectly connect the current exhibition in Chelsea Space with the Reading Room.
