Based on the collection I have designed, this is a mock brand marketing plan for my brand WUREN including market research, SWOT analysis, competitor research, and communication strategies. I conducted secondary research on existing articles and reports to fully understand the market situation, and also primary research through interviews to draw a convincing consumer profile. The key messages of the brand are clearly stated and brand presence carefully curated based on these research.
