The concept behind my re-working of Macbeth is based on the set being the source of the resonating evil that drives the characters insane. This is shown through colour and pattern, displaying the mental deterioration of characters within the film. What interested me about Macbeth was the psychological development of the characters and the supernatural element. I have focused on these two things to get to my final ideas and designs.
