This project is based on research and exploration, using service design thinking and speculative thinking to bridge junior job-hunter, college graduates and small and middle-sized corporations (SMEs). It aims to inspire junior job seekers to be more active in career development and become qualified office workers earlier. This project explored why SMEs should be the key to being connected and increasing potential job opportunities in the relationships. Through this project, readers can roughly understand the development and iteration of the entire service design process with different stakeholders as the core, as well as the concept of implementing solutions WhiteBee.
