Individual project in Feb, 2017. In this virtual service design project, Gui Cuo is the name of my tea brand aims at young worker market in China, and provide them with relaxation, efficiency and flexible drinking experience while lowering the cost in business operation by a tea vending machine service system. The design process includes background, users and market research, through which I concluded how to meet users’ needs and build up market competitiveness, hence expressed the idea through a service touchpoint dashboard and a storyboard as well as a further concept expression of brand product and VI design.
