In Chinese tradition, burning paper is a way to sacrifice dead people. So, for me, burned things give me the feeling of death and sadness. Just like my feelings towards climate crisis. Our human being naively think that as long as we delineate the boundaries, or emit "a certain amount of pollution" and only take "corresponding protective measures", we can control the crisis and achieve the ideal balance. But reality is like setting fire on paper. Even if we draw a boundary with water and try to control the fire, it is only an ideal state. The damages are irreversable, and we will never know what will left in the end.
