In the project of Climate Crisis, my aim is to raise people’s awareness of protecting the earth. As the global temperatures continue to rise, the way we all live would change a lot if we did nothing but adapt to how we can survive in the heat. I used the idea of humans being forced to live underground with ants for my work. The artwork was made of clay, soil, rice, black beans, red beans and ants. the composition I took reference from the interior of an ant burrow and used clay to create a 3D effect. So that when I was finished I could attract real ants to combine with my work and achieve a real 'human-ant cohabitation’.
