This marketing analysis report on Ted Baker made me identify the different marketing activities conducted by the brand online and offline, as well as giving me an understanding of how they impacted Ted Baker's business performance. I also learnt to explain how the USP is achieved and how it impacts the customer and his buying patterns through differentiation. As a first assignment as part of my Fashion Marketing degree, this report made me aware of all the environmental factors facing a company and how they deal with them to thrive within the fashion industry. In that regard, heavy primary and secondary market research has been conducted both in the UK and France.
