The collection aims to analyse my original family and question Chinese family planning policy, which limited that one family just had one child. A large number of women were suffered forced abortions by the government, including my mother. After my mother and I were separated for 2 years, I identified her in my relative’s home, though I was just 3 years old and she hold a baby and wore a sunglass. But she did not dare to recognize me; because she worried others would know she had the second baby. I was very depressed and tumbled on the threshold. My blood flowed endlessly. When my young brother was 3 years old, my family finally reunited. However, my scar stays on my face forever.
