In collaboration with Shift, this project challenged us to devise ways of tackling childhood obesity within the food desert of Lambeth and Southwark. Roost has created a new way of convenience shopping, shopping via cuisine with all the ingredients together to make cooking at home a breeze and the weekly food shop enjoyable and accessible for the whole family. Teaching children and encouraging parents to fall in love with cooking from scratch.
