Visualisation of my Google Maps route history. For this project I revisited places saved in my Google Maps history. I captured my surroundings through photography and audio recordings. I then downloaded the raw data of my trips from Google and placed them in 3D space recreating my past routes. On the reflections of this typographic sculpture the viewer can see the photos I took when I revisited my past locations. Also while navigating inside the model the viewer can hear my field recordings through binaural audio.
