Self-reflection, personal experience and how mirrors and our perceptions change our reality, how we see the world, others, and ourselves. Since our experience of life is really an experience of thought, the more we have on our mind, the more complicated everything seems, and the more the space of our consciousness tend to contact. Before we know it, all we can see when we look out into the world is our own thinking reflected back to us. Different mirrors give different perceptions, so we shouldn’t trust the image we see in it too much but we do. The brain can make a psychological illusion with your body image, making you think you are a bit thinner or fatter than you really are… I experimented with my images to make them look somehow distorted reflection by focusing on the head or mind area because that is where our emotions and thoughts are suppressed.
