This series was driven by my findings in a Sociology Diploma that I conducted, as my research was based on how individuals place themselves in a social space. As well as how the ego and other psychological factors drive sociological means and therefore leadership. How it is in our instinct to have leaders and how these individuals come about and represent themselves within society. The growing importance of mental health in todays society has also further been the driving force for these works. To test this theory, a social experiment was conducted in order to gain a visual understanding of how individuals organise themselves within a confined space. The body in a 3D space has been experimented throughout art history, but what if that space was a metaphor for psychological space? The purpose of this experiment was to see how individuals arranged themselves in a perimeter and who first initiates the arrangement.
