The Raven Who Stole The Sun

For our first project we had to create an animatic based on a history artefact we found in the Horniman Museum. For my project I was interested in the native American section where I came across not only artefacts but also stories as they played a big role in Native American culture. One story that court my eye was " The raven who stole the sun " that tell the story of a raven who returns the sun back into its place after it was stolen. Stories were so important that telling a story that didn't belong to your tribe was seen as stealing. Therefore when people told these stories they would often add their own twist to them and is because of this there are hundreds of different version of this one story. Because of this I decided to follow this tradition and create my own version of the story .
