The story takes place in a near-future world with a highly developed industry. Humans are obsessed with making various kinds of giant machines to explore the unknown world, polluting the environment and consume excessive resources. The little boy in the story was born in an industrial city where are responsible for making rockets and exploring space. An accident caused him to shuttle to the distant city responsible for making giant ships——Odessa, Ukraine. Thus revealing a magical secret of nature, which will become a major discovery to promote technology and improve the environment.
