Anqi Zhao
Born in China, 1991. Lives and works in London and Beijing.
Anqi Zhao is an emerging artist, working in installation, moving images, performance and sculpture. Her works tend to explore the bio-energy arising from the physical reality and the transformation from the familiar to the unfamiliar in a playful and performative way.
Anqi received her MA in Fine Art from Chelsea College of Arts in 2017, working in individual projects and also involving in collaborating works. Her works were selected in Exhibitions and Performance Projects in China, France, Japan and UK.
