In order to post your work on Portfolio, you will require a profile. Profiles can only be set up if you have an arts.ac.uk email address.

Mandatory personal data fields for your profile are email address, college, level of study and course. Please note that your name, college and course will be visible on your public profile; your email address will not be publicly visible.

Your profile contains other personal data fields that are optional to populate as part of your public profile.

Please be wary of including sensitive personal information (e.g. health details, religious beliefs etc.) within your profile.

Your profile, including your personal data and work published on Portfolio, will be deleted from the site 2 years after your graduation.

You are free to delete your profile at any time by going to
Edit profile » Settings » Delete profile
