Hi I'm Daisy Laing and welcome to my portfolio page!I am a young costume designer and maker based in London who is hoping to join the field of costume design with strong interests in theatre and live performance. The dynamic nature of musical theatre excites me, as it demands adaptability and a problem solving mindset. I love creating characters through clothing and aim to let the garments speak for themselves. it is important to me that the viewer can understand what they are looking at just through the details on the clothing alone. My passions are routed in Pantomime, as attending shows as a child and all the way through to my adult life, they have continued to inspire me and fuel my determination to be involved in a production one day.
