Danning Xie (b.1999, China) focus on feminist issues and combines them with her artistic practice. She is keen to think about and discover women's identities and encounters across historical, regional and national contexts. Recently, she has found a passion in ceramics, where she creates unique objects and vessels inspired by both Eastern and Western traditions. Nevertheless, she does not limit herself to a single medium, and specialises in combining traditional and industrial materials.
