Hello, I have a student with consistent issue uploading her youtube video link on her showcase – we, the technical team who have been supporting – have not been able to find a fix. Is there anyone available to help check and assist her video link is working?
We also have a more general problem that we cannot see the preview – due to high traffic i assume. Which is making it impossible to check functions are working and the students cannot finish their submission.
Any help would be most welcome – please do email me back directly if you are able to assist (although i know it must be very busy!).
