I want to report an error or a problem

After having registered a Portfolio account, the site does not recognize my email address.
Clicked ‘lost your password’ and the site informs me my email is not in the system.
Try to register again, and was told the email address was indeed recognized.
This has been going on for a week or so now,
hope it can be resolved! : )
