I want to report an error or a problem

I’ve been having some trouble registering to portfolio, when I put in my details it tells me that an email is being sent to confirm my registration but the email never comes, then when I try and type in my details it tells me my account already exists yet I can’t change my password, I’ve tried contacting the support on the portfolio website but when I email it it says that the contact can’t be recognised.
