I want to report an error or a problem

I have previously emailed about not being able to preview my pages. I am filling in the slots blindly, not seeing how my work and text displays. I’ve tried sending the link to myself and viewing it on different web browsers. I have sent the link to my phone and the link simply does not work. I think the link must be faulty because on multiple browsers and other devices show a blank screen – no work. I have tried changing the site settings to see if it is blocking anything. I have unblocked pop-ups, etc, still doesn’t make a difference. It’s just becoming quite problematic. Helena
