This report outlines the process taken by a group of MA Service Design students(Laura Leahy, Min Deng, Ruchika Karnani, Wenhan Ding and Xiaolin Huang) at LCC given a brief from Age UK Lambeth to promote resilient aging in Lambeth. The research was carried out in the London Borough of Lambeth, where eight percent of the population are over the age of 65 and there are many wards where there is a ‘very high’ risk of loneliness for this age group (Age UK, 2016).
