Haige is a London and Chinese-based artist, who specializes in sculpture and painting, depicting stories set against the backdrop of personal experience. Recently, her glass artwork Sinking was exhibited at the Liyu Dongxi China International Contemporary Glass Art Exhibition. Her research focuses on feminism, regional culture, and self-identity, combining fieldwork and interviews to gather inspiration and information that she processes and interprets in an abstract way. Haige previously studied a wide range of traditional craft techniques such as lacquer painting, glass art, rock painting, and woodworking, and is now focusing on combining these techniques with the use of innovation and creative materials.
