About me
Xinyi Zhang is a Chinese independent documentary filmmaker currently studying for her MA degree in Documentary Film at the University of the Arts London. She has a background in journalism, having worked in newspapers and television. As a journalist and documentary filmmaker, she seeks the truth and has a passion for exploring and presenting social issues and cross-cultural themes. Personal and family documentaries are an ongoing part of her practice.
