About me

My name is Elizaveta Grivnyak, I am a Russian knitwear designer and one of the key themes in my work is the exploration of identity and being. I enjoy the process of storytelling through fabrics and silhouettes, especially textures. I have strong skills in domestic and dubied knitting as well as a basic comprehension of Stoll. In my practice, I tend to lean towards block colours and focus on the general finish, with an attention to detail. My works is rather personal as I employ it in order to explore my own identity and cultural heritage.
