I am a London-based Chinese illustrator, embroidery artist and fashion designer, where I blend traditional craftsmanship with contemporary techniques to create unique and expressive works of art. My specialty is designing intricate fabric patterns through meticulous hand-drawing and innovative electronic painting.I use advanced 3D paper work to transform these patterns into unique silhouettes of garments, which allows me to explore and experiment with form and structure in my designs. My creative process is heavily influenced by a wide range of multicultural elements, reflecting the rich diversity in my design portfolio.As an artist without borders, I draw inspiration from a wide range of artistic disciplines. This multidisciplinary approach not only inspires my creativity but also ensures that my designs are constantly evolving. I am passionate about learning and integrating new artistic techniques and concepts, always striving to push the boundaries of fashion and textile design. Examples include 3D modeling printing combined with fabric design, fashion womenswear design, art film costume design and production and working with 3D photography as a costume designer.By combining my Chinese heritage with global influences and contemporary approaches, I aim to create work that resonates on both an aesthetic and cultural level.
