About me

Kira Hind, recent footwear design graduate has a breath of experience in both commercial and luxury footwear brands from her internship year. Paired with the practical skills she has gained from both her BA course and personal projects this makes her an invaluable team member with a hands on attitude. Inspired by both architecture and historic product design, her collections are very structural often incorporating a mix of traditional leather craft with cutting edge technologies such as CNC milling, 3D printing and laser cutting. She has industry standard skills in Adobe CC software and has experience working with Rhino 3D. As a forward thinking individual she considers both the environmental and social implications of her work which leads to innovative problem solving designs. Kira is a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills and works best when in the role of an independent team member bringing her optimism to each new project.
