Emily Oda is a 23 year old Textile Design student specialising in Knit. Emily has interned as a design assistant at Sandy Liang and AKANE UTSUNOMIYA. With her sophisticated and delicate collection, Emily aims to question ‘why underwear couldn't be outwear’.
Going back and forth between Japan and England for 10 years Emily developed her adaptability and communication skills, speaking fluently in Japanese and English. Emily has high technical skills in both Domestic and Industrial knitting.
