Anna Macaluso Mailander - Graduate

About me

Anna is a 21 years old student with a background in fine arts. Her studies at Central Saint Martins were inspired by her interest in Contemporary Arts, especially in the Italian Arte Povera movement. The passion for arts and design was soon mixed with another passion of hers: fashion. Throughout the past years, Anna attempted to shape her understanding of these worlds by interning at Rick Owens, the Alexander McQueen Foundation, and PAD London. Concurrently, she also nurtured her passion for photography by specialising in fashion and landscape photography, following the ‘McCurry method’; and pr, communication, and events by working with an Italian Communication Agency specialised in digital communication. In 2020, Anna co-founded the Fondazione Gino Macaluso to promote the culture, history, and design of vintage cars around the world. After her studies, Anna hopes to enter the world of Art Direction.
