Specialising in Craft and heritage-based textiles that are narrative-led and focus on the blend of traditional processes and skills along with technology through specialist embroidery software and Adobe creative suite. Merging traditional processes with the digital techniques results in innovative, intricate, and impactful textiles that fit into today‚Äôs world, where appreciation of textiles and slow processes are at the forefront of the fashion industry as we try to move into a world of care and responsibility with our actions in regard to our environment. whilst still fitting into the current contemporary needs and inspirations that use surroundings and heritage as a lead into the development and realisations of her textiles, playing into personal cultural inspirations alongside the current surroundings around her, whether as simple looking outside the window or through travelling and exploring. With the combination of memories and childhood alongside the perspective of today and now, the aesthetic and style establish the life of a second-generation immigrant growing up between two different places, and the influences around that result in textiles that celebrate where we come from whilst still fitting into the current contemporary needs and inspirations that are present in our society.
