Louise is currently studying towards an LDoc funded practice- based Ph.D.at London College of Fashion. Her Ph.D. entitled, Costuming as an Authorial Practice: Reading and Re-Authoring an Assemblage of Every day, Aesthetic Womenswear from the Birmingham School of Art c.1795-1885 is concerned with the practice of re-authoring an extant assemblage of dress uncovered in 2012.
