I am PhD student researching the materiality of sequential drawing practice and its relationship to visual metaphor and embodiment theory. My supervisory team is Prof. Roger Sabin and Dr Ian Horton. I am a published graphic novelist, my books include The Dancing Plague, A Thousand Coloured Castles and The Black Project. I work with unusual materials such as embroidery, pyrography and pressed flowers.
