Say hello to you all here; I'm Jie. I have a background in interaction design, product design, and social innovation design in China and Austria before becoming a Service design student in UAL. I am particularly interested in social issues, such as children's mental health, resilient aging, local community building and service design impact in the public sector. Besides, I'm also curious about the theory behind service design and the practice of co-design and co-creation processes.
