This project combines Japanese Kimono and Yakuza tattoos together with rockers, bikers and their biker jackets.
I looked into typical Rocker, Yakuza tattoos as well as biker club symbols.
From there I have drawn different tattoos that later on lead to leather lace panels.
These panels are decorated with different studs and laced together to create one full garment.
During extraordinary London lockdown time I was not able to create outfits for the final collection, so without using any machinery I have made garment parts by hand that originally supposed to be laser cut – these garment parts can be seen both in the video and the photo below.
