“Rules” of communication

This work comes from my observation of life during the epidemic. I found that the time spent with my family has increased, but the crisis of intimacy has increased. According to research, I found it is easy for us to hurt those close to us unknowingly in everyday communication. Therefore, I took these communication rules and turned them into a safety sign.  I then shared them online so people could download, print or share them. Then, I ran an activity on social media to raise awareness around respect and understanding while communicating with our loved ones during lockdown. Moving forward, this approach could help us to understand the importance of listening to each other during stressful periods.
